Our in-house service team is ready to dispatch qualified technicians to handle on-site maintenance and repairs. Air Ideal employees are screened with drug and background checks. We are prepared to handle single and/or multiple sites with computerized information and service histories. Air Ideal has helped lead the way with current technology and energy efficiency.

Air Ideal maintains numerous buildings directly and through managing agencies. We service common space areas including lobbies, corridors, gyms playrooms and individual apartment units. We specialize in heat-pump designed systems.

Luxury Homes

Our most recent addition includes design, installation and service of GEOTHERMAL systems. We are certified to perform all facets of this relatively new and exciting technology. Emergency Service

Your phone call will have a technician dispatched 24/7. Our service vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking. Our technicians have two-way radios and cell phones for optimum communications.

Service

Routine periodic maintenance and repairs can be scheduled in advance. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. We recommend pre-season preventative maintenance to minimize last minute emergency calls.

Maintenance Agreements

For peace of mind and protection this option provides the best coverage for business and home. Our agreements can be customized to meet most any variety of conditions. We offer agreements with maintenance and/or labor. Please see our Service Agreements to learn more.
