Technicians Wanted

Installation Techs
Should have experience in light commercial and/or residential installations. Should have own hand tools. Must have a good driving record. Must have a safe place to park a vehicle. Installation work will be in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx and Manhattan.

Service Techs
Should have experience in commercial and residential air conditioning, heating and heat pump service. Refrigeration experience is a plus. Should have own hand tools. Must have a good driving record and a safe place to park a vehicle. Service work in Nassau, Suffolk and the 5 boroughs of New York City.

Field Service Coordinator
Should have experience in supervision, purchasing, pricing and quoting of commercial and residential HVAC service and repair. Must have basic computer skills to maintain database and word processing. Must have good communication skills. Technical troubleshooting skills, technical expertise and sales experience are beneficial.

Sales Engineer
Must have experience in technical sales including, job surveys, reading blueprints, HVAC estimating, proposal development, negotiating, purchasing, supervision and project management. Must have computer skills to maintain database, prepare estimates and proposals. Must have good communication skills and be a motivated self-starter prepared to follow up leads and develop leads independently.

Project Manager
Must have experience in light commercial HVAC project management, supervision, purchasing, negotiating, scheduling, quality control, job costing, labor coordination and inventory management. Should have previous management experience and an ability to lead and coordinate field staff in an efficient manner. Computer skills are neccessary for job costing, purchase orders, labor payroll management and change order proposals.
